Community Building Family Fun Events for 2012
Here are a couple of opportunities to spend quality time with your family and other ARS families……
 Great Wolf Lodge
What a wonderful time we had at the Great Wolf Lodge! We had a wonderful turn out with 162 people!! We hope to continue to have events like this to encourage our ARS families to get to know each other better!

RAP has obtained a special group rate for our ARS families to enjoy Disney! Check out everything Disney has to offer on the Disney website here. You can also click on the park photos on the right for information about a specific park.
We will be having a meeting to discuss hotel options and to answer any questions about the trip will be on Thursday, March 15th at 6 pm. Please fill out this INTENT FORM if you are interested in participating in the trip by March 1st!
Here are the details:

RAP Group Dates: June 9 to 17th

RAP Suggested hotel: Pop Century Resort for 6 to 7 nights

Staying onsite gives you the opportunity to enjoy “Extra Magic Hours” at the theme parks- only resort guests can enter / stay during that time

Disney resort guests also can utilize the transportation to the theme parks or have a parking pass for their car- a $15 savings per day!

RAP Suggested ticket package: 3 or 4 day premium package

See below for suggested itineraries that will give you enough time to visit the theme parks and water parks

Group pricing requires a minimum of 10 student tickets packages and represents a 40 % to 50% discount over online or walk up ticket purchases

For each student ticket purchased (ages 3 to 22 years old), the group may purchase 1 adult ticket for the same discounted price, Each person over the age of 3 is required to have a ticket.

Renaissance Association of Parents("RAP") is organizing a community building event in the form of a family vacation to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. RAP is not providing transportation to or from Statesville, NC to Orlando, FL, nor is the association liable for any vehicular accidents during your trip, any personal injury during any part of this trip, nor can resolve any difficulties with the WDW organization. RAP will reserve entry tickets according to your information provided in the form submitted. Entry tickets expire 7 days after group visit is complete and cannot be transferred or resold. Payment in full, by check, is required no later than April 4, 2012 and no part of the payment is refundable. The group does not need to visit the parks or other events together; you may spend time with your family as you wish. Hotel accommodation, food and beverage are not included in the price but are available for purchase seperately both on and off the Disney properties.
